Julie Catalano is an award-winning author and journalist whose published books and hundreds of articles cover women's health, travel, business, design, dance, theater, companion animals, and profiles.
Although making no claim to being a pro, her photographs have accompanied some published articles on travel, food, and general features in print and online publications.
In a former life, she was a musician (classical guitar), commercial model, actor, and ballet dancer, studying ballet in San Antonio, Dallas, New York, and San Francisco. She has appeared in thousands of dance, musical theater, and children's theater productions in San Antonio, Dallas, and on the road.
She cannot sing but does it anyway.
And she loves animals.
